We had a great time in this nice basic hotel in Florence. Our room was impressive and huge, included with bathtub, enough heating. Its location not too far away from a spandrel arch bridge was good. A tram station was near place.

I booked a room with a big bed, central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was perfect, right at a medieval cathedral. It was also close to major attractions as well as SMN Railway station.

Overall great stay during our visit in Florence. A huge variety of delicious food at breakfast time. Well priced, brand-new and perfectly clean room with a big balcony and enough heating, for instance. Good location for our christmas. Walking distance to an open market and a market across the street.

It's a quirky hotel. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with the balcony, four beds and care about everyone. The breakfast offers a huge variety of bread and cheese. The property is in a quiet area of Florence, walk from a train station.

Good location. Great view from the window! Breakfast is standard. There's a fridge.
VERY small shower cubicle. Broken... Medium cleaning. Bad noise insulation... It's cold in the room. WeFi doesn't work well.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Florence for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the train station and all the main tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful advice and even storing my luggage. The room I stayed in was comfortable and easy to access, and I also enjoyed spending time in the 5th floor lounge. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location - very close to the station and 5 minutes from the center. Breakfast is modest but sufficient, you will not stay hungry, the staff is polite and courteous.
The room was pretty chilly.
